How do I initiate and confirm payment?
Your dedicated Lifestyle Manager will provide a private billing funnel with the option of a wire transfer for purchases over $10K. All payment information is encrypted and protected to ensure the security of your personal information.
Can I place an order as a gift?
We love supporting our clients in providing gifts to their friends, family and loved ones. Be sure to inquire about our digital cards with your Lifestyle Manager, as we are happy to customize a digital package for the gift recipient.
Can I pay using a credit card?
Absolutely. We accept most credit cards and methods of payment. For additional information specific to your desired method of payment, feel free to discuss with your Lifestyle Manager helping you book your experience.
Am I able to cancel a purchase or receive a refund after I place it?
Due to the exclusive and private nature of our event offerings, each experience has its own policy regarding cancellations and refunds. Your Lifestyle Manager can provide any information regarding policies that are specific to your booked event.
