Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, officers, directors, members, managers, and owners of Sponsor (Confirmed LLC), the Golden State Warriors, the National Basketball Association (NBA), and all associated entities, including the Chase Center, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and "step" family members) and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

Sponsorship
The Sweepstakes sponsor is Confirmed LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 2321 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA, 90405. The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are not responsible for this Sweepstakes.

Entry Period
The Squares Game Giveaway Sweepstakes will take place at each Golden State Warriors home game at Chase Center. No entries will be accepted after the start of the first quarter per every home game.

How to Enter
Attendees at each Golden State Warriors home game at Chase Center can enter the Sweepstakes by filling out their squares in person at designated locations at the stadium before the start of the game. One entry per person is allowed. Entrants will need to provide their name and contact information to be eligible.

Prizes

  • First Quarter Winner: $500 Confirmed360 Credit
    Description:     The winner will receive a $500 credit toward any Confirmed360 experience, valid on purchases of $2,500 or more. Confirmed360 offers access to exclusive events, VIP experiences, and premium sports or entertainment packages.
    How to Claim: The winner must claim this prize by meeting the event concierge in person during the game. A Confirmed360 representative will follow up to discuss how to use the credit.

  • Second Quarter Winner: MVP Experience Invite: The winner will receive an invite to a MVP Experience. They may use it the night of winning if there is availability or chose a different MVP Experience night.
    How to Claim: The winner must be present at the game to claim this prize. The Invite is good for two people and if you don’t use it, you lose it, additional game tickets are not included.

  • Third Quarter Winner: $100 Warriors Team Store Gift Card
    Description:     The winner will receive a $100 gift card to the official Warriors Team Store, redeemable for Warriors merchandise such as apparel, accessories, or collectibles.
    How to Claim: The winner must be present in person at the game to claim this prize. If not present, the prize will not be awarded.

  • Final Score Winner: Personalized Jersey
    Description:     The winner will receive the opportunity to create their own personalized jersey.
    How to Claim: The winner must claim this prize in person during the game. This prize is only valid for one winner. Confirmed360 will inquire about how they would like to customize their jersey and they will have 7 days to confirm or their will forfeit their prize.

Prize Rules:

  • Eligibility: All participants must be physically present at the game to be eligible for any prize. If a winner is not present when their name is called, the prize will be forfeited.

  • Claiming Prizes: Prizes must be claimed in person at the game. The First Quarter Winner will be introduced to the event concierge to receive details regarding the Confirmed360 credit. All other winners must claim their prizes at the designated location before the game ends.

  • Non-transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutions.

  • No Additional Game Tickets: Winners will not receive game tickets with any prize. Winners must already have tickets to the game to participate in and claim their prizes.

  • Forfeiture: If a winner is not present to claim their prize, the prize will not be awarded to anyone else and will remain unclaimed.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries and the score at the end of each quarter. The Sweepstakes outcome is based entirely on the scores of the game, and no skill is required to participate.

General Terms
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to have violated these rules or to have gained an unfair advantage.

Limitation of Liability
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Golden State Warriors, the NBA, Chase Center, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes.

Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who is found to have violated the rules, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent activities related to the Sweepstakes.

Privacy
Any personal information collected during the entry process will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes. By entering, Entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

Disputes
Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and without resort to class action in the state and federal courts located in California. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses.
