Terms and Conditions of Confirmed360 Squares Game Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE “OFFICIAL RULES” AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR. Individuals who participate in the Sweepstakes or submit an entry are sometimes referred to herein as “Entrant(s).”

Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are ticketed Phoenix Suns fans and M Club members. Employees, agents, officers, directors, members, managers, and owners of Sponsor, the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, and their respective advertising agencies, promotional partners, and prize providers associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities” and each a “Sweepstakes Entity”), and their immediate families (spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, children and “step” of each) and those individuals living in their same household are not eligible to win.

Sponsorship
The Sweepstakes sponsor is Confirmed LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 2321 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA, 90405. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules. The Phoenix Suns and Footprint Center are not affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

Entry Period
This Sweepstakes will have four (4) winners, one chosen at the end of each quarter of the game. The Sweepstakes will begin on January 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM MST and will end at the conclusion of the game on the same day (“Entry Period”). Additional Squares games will be available on February 8, 2025, February 27, 2025, March 2, 2025, March 26, 2025, and April 8, 2025. Each Squares game will open two hours prior to game start and end at the conclusion of the game. Timing variations may apply based on the specific nature of the game. Entrants may only enter in person during these specified times.

How to Enter
During the Entry Period, Entrants must fill out their name and choose up to two squares. Entrants must provide basic contact information, including full legal name, phone number, and email address. All required fields on the entry form must be completed with valid information as of the date of the drawing to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limitations on Entries
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY, ONE SQUARE PER PERSON. No third-party entry or online entry is permitted. Entrants must enter in person during the home game. Any person who attempts or encourages multiple or false entries under different identities or uses any device to enter multiple times will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize Details
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of four separate gifts distributed across each quarter of the game.

  • Quarter 1: The winner will receive a $500 credit toward a purchase of $2,500 or more when booking an experience through Confirmed360. The credit must be used in 2025; otherwise, it will expire.

  • Quarter 2: The winner will receive four on-court post-game photo passes, which must be used on the night of the game and cannot be transferred to another game.

  • Quarter 3: Includes a Suns-branded giveaway that must be picked up in person. No items will be shipped.

  • Quarter 4: The winner will receive a personalized Suns jersey, which must be claimed within two months, or the offer will expire.

The winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is.” Neither the Sponsor nor the Released Parties (as defined below) are responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee associated with the Grand Prize. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $500 for Quarter 1, $500 for Quarter 2, $150 for Quarter 3, and $200 for Quarter 4.

Drawing
Winners will be selected from Squares games held during the Suns home games in 2025. The Squares game is a 10x10 grid where each row and column is labeled 0-9. Participants will choose a square, and their name will be written in the square's intersection. Numbers for each square are assigned using a random number generator. If the final digit of both teams' scores matches your square, you win. For games that go into overtime, the final score (not the fourth-quarter score) determines the winner. Winners will be announced at the end of the game.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the prize will be awarded to the person assigned to the email address submitted. If a winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be notified in person and via email by a Confirmed360 Concierge Representative. Prizes will be distributed in person during the game.

Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No skill or purchase is required to enhance the chances of winning.

General Terms
By entering, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Grand Prize. By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
